Eric Trump was obviously behind the announcement of a "Crypto Reserve" that included (by name) corporate controlled "Crypto Casino" Shitcoins produced by wealthy "Crypto Bros" who donated to Trump's campaign. That isn't what was promised. Many of Trump's biggest supporters are pissed that the National Reserve will include a bunch of garbage altcoins that can be created from thin air and easily price manipulated. Trump has apparently been told he messed up big time here with the "Crypto Reserve" announcement (obviously Eric Trump's handiwork). Howard Lutnick says the Trump admin will make a clarification this Friday, 3/7/2025, on how Bitcoin will be treated very differently than these other shitcoins.
