Bexhill College cancelled: Legal action pending please read below

The English Constitution Society is a pedagogical organisation devoted to the advancement and celebration of English culture, Protestant religion (a cornerstone of the English constitution, historically safeguarded by foundational constitutional instruments such as the Bill of Rights 1689 and the Act of Settlement 1701), the common law constitution, constitutional conventions, statutes, and inherent English rights. Any cancellation or prohibition of the Society’s events, which are conducted in pursuit of these lawful aims, may constitute an offence under discrimination laws in England, including the Equality Act 2010, which explicitly protects individuals and organisations from discrimination on the basis of religion or belief. Such actions could unlawfully infringe upon the Society’s exercise of its constitutionally protected religious rights, as well as those enshrined in statute, while also potentially violating the doctrine of restraint of trade by unjustly hindering its members’ lawful endeavours to earn a living through the promotion of this cultural and religious heritage, a principle upheld under English common law as fundamental to personal and economic liberty.
