The Lord Jesus started strong with the Father and the Holy Spirit during his baptism conducted by John. After gaining more power during his fasting and prayer for 40 days and 40 nights, he immediately went to work by proclaiming the Kingdom of God in the synagogues both in the regions of Judea and Galilee. He impressed many people with his teachings and miracles. Thus, he quickly gained many followers and started to form his team. There was no secret to his leadership. He simply did his job. He did not need to do tricks or threats. He went with the power of the Spirit.
