Prosecutor Greg Banks abuse of power

Here in Island County WA the Auditor took it upon herself to institute a mask
mandate to be a poll watcher for the 2024 election. Watching the vote counting
is not only a right,
but our duty to ensure the integrity of the elections. Tim Hazelo was cited with
a criminal disorderly conduct for refusing to wearing a mask in the poll room.
The Auditor has not been given authority thorugh Law via RCW or any other
legislation to do this.

Prosecutor Greg Banks decided to charge Hazelo with a felony charge
because Hazelo refused to accept the misdemeanor charge.
Tim refused to accept the Misdemeanor charge
Because he knows he didn't commit a crime So what makes
Banks think he has the power to charge Hazelo with a misdemeanor
let alone a felony?
Abuse of power

The first hearing was March 5th. 2025 where Tim Hazelo pleaded NOT GUILTY
while the court room was packed full of supporters. This video is a prime
example as what true support looks like. It takes the people to stand up against
abuse of power and control.
