Ronzoni #325 Creste di Gallo

That Creste di Gallo pasta is kind of weird. Apparently it’s named after a rooster’s crest or something. But it looks like a bowl full of slugs once it’s cooked up. Doesn’t have much difference texture wise than macaroni. I did like that the regular pasta shaped part was the right size and ring gauge. But other than that, meh, tea no difference. Just looks dumb as fuck. Do any of you use this pasta for anything specific?
