From Field to Flour: Wildflower Scoring

It’s that time of year in Texas! The wildflowers are bursting with color, and they’ve inspired my sourdough scoring.

I’m doing a little series showcasing Texas wildflowers through my scoring. To kick things off, I’ve captured the fiery beauty of an Indian Blanket flower. I scored the design and then used natural food powders to bring its colors to life.
