Bacon and Onion Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy

☆Recipe☆

-MeatBall-
•8 slices thick-cut bacon •2 cups bell pepper •1 large onion
•2 pounds ground beef •1 TBSP minced garlic •1 TBSP paprika
•Salt and pepper to taste •Oil for cooking
•Mushroom gravy (as follows)

-Mushroom Gravy-
•4 TBSP Butter •3 TBSP Oil •½ Onion, chopped
•8 Oz mushrooms, sliced •2 Garlic cloves, minced
•3 TBSP all-purpose flour •1 cup white wine
•4 cups chicken broth •3 thyme sprigs or ½ tsp ground thyme
•1½ cups heavy cream •Salt and pepper to taste

*In this video I made half a batch of meatballs. But I made a whole batch of mushroom gravy.
