Lost, Arrested, Resisted with All His Strength

Officers responded in reference to a report about a male subject who repeatedly rang the doorbell of a residence at Good Hope Road at 4:55 a.m. The occupant became fearful of her safety, contacted 911, and locked herself in a bedroom until police arrived. The subject was observed on a camera footage acting erratic and hitting a pack box on the front steps.

The subject appeared intoxicated and the odor of marijuana could be smelt coming from his person. Police attempted to conduct a search and the subject pulled away and resisted. He was handcuffed and a small amount of loose raw marijuana was located in his left pocket. He was taken to the jail where he further resisted and spit in the patrol vehicle.
