I learned about the benefits of cloves from a brilliant naturopathic doctor in regard to my long experience with diabetes. She recommended a list of herbs that could reduce some of the organ damage that is typical of long term insulin resistance. On her advice I began to include cloves and oregano in my coffee grounds each day. I call it "cofftea". These two are the basis of a regimen that includes a dozen other herbs that rotate in and out of my "cofftea", with oregano and cloves always the base. These habits and a few others may be a part of the reason I am still here. The MDs were sure I'd be gone by the end of 2021.
