Hi YT Gang! Happy to meet you all for a yoga practice. This 18 minute practice incorporates movement to build heat and strength in your poses. Every intentional pose makes you stronger through static contraction and lengthening of muscles. You will experience grounding while keeping yourself fluid to feel good and relaxed while sweating This was a fun flow for me and I hope you will love it, too!
