So Salman Abedi was spotted in the Manchester Arena with a big black rucksack on May 22, 2017, he was a trained terrorist from a family of Libyan terrorists and connections who'd also been involved in bombings - but yeah, there was no bomb and no victims at Manchester, it was just a bit of theatre, even if there's zero proof the dead injured are crisis actors.
