How I Sprout Garden Seeds in Less Than 48 Hours

I'm a little behind on starting my garden Seeds for the season so I noodles on ideas on how I could speed up the process. I'm also on a tight budget so I could only use supplies that I had on hand. The only supplies I ended up buying were the sticks for identifying the Seeds and the seed cups. Luckily, even my 3 and 4 year-old seeds took a liking to the method I came up with and sprouted by the morning of the second day of planting!!
