Cop Delivers Hard Truths to Someone Battling Addiction

An officer was patrolling and observed a female acting very strange, dancing while walking to the entrance of the store as if she was under the influence of a narcotic. She parked her vehicle on the east side of the parking lot furthest away from the store, even if there were plenty of open parking spaces near the store. Due to her odd behavior and odd parking location, the officer decided to run the license plate attached to her vehicle and learned that the registration was expired.

After a few moments, the officer observed the same female exit the store and begin to walk back to her vehicle. The female continued to be very loud and unstable as she walked. The officer exited his patrol vehicle and approached the driver. While speaking with the subject, the officer observed her acting nervous as she was very talkative and sweating profusely. The officer could smell the strong odor or burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A K9 Goro was deployed, and positively alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.
