The Search for the Hidden Bag

Police officers responded to 16038 US HWY 441; Burger King, Eustis, FL in reference to a possible fight between two store employees.

The officer who arrived first activated his emergency lights and saw a black male leaving the store wearing a black Burger King shirt with a pink backpack. When the black male saw the officer, he began to flee on foot eastbound towards Denny’s. The officer yelled for the subject to stop and began chasing him. The officer ultimately stopped him behind the Florida Health Lake County Administrative office, just west of Burger King, and secured the subject into handcuffs. Because the subject resisted the officer’s commands to stop, he subject was placed under arrest. The officers searched the place to locate the pink backpack of the subject.
