Philippine authorities discover Chinese spy ring [hundreds of them]

discovered operating in the Philippines.

country’s military became the target of Chinese spy networks.

#7. FBI and Australia’s AFP offering technical assistance.

#9. Army Intelligence Colonel Padilla said, “Any form of espionage poses a serious risk to national security, particularly if it involves sensitive information, critical infrastructure, or activities that undermine Philippine sovereignty.”

#10. South China Sea - Chinese naval vessels have been accused of ramming Philippine boats, injuring Philippine sailors.

#11. Thousands of Chinese immigrated for work in Philippines and have overstayed their visas, now living in the shadows of Manila.

#12. Philippines President who has challenged Beijing’s sweeping maritime claims and reinforced his nation’s military alliance with the US, has said he was “very disturbed” over the increasing number of alleged Chinese spies in his country.
