Can I beat Contra 3 on Hard without using a Continue?

Hey everybody! Bonus video! I had this one for a couple weeks and finally finished it and I thought it would create a nice break between my DKC3 videos. This is a game that I really enjoyed playing while I was growing up and I thought it would be great to revisit it and see if I can pull off beating it without using a Continue on the "Hard" difficulty setting. I hope you enjoy the video and watching me play (somewhat) poorly :D
