Psuedo Religions - interview with Paul Kingsnorth

Paul Kingsnorth, a British convert to Orthodox Christianity, advocates that the the people need a relationship with God, that is not limited to rationality and theology.
He discusses how Christianity has been replaced with a vacuum, that pulls people towards psuedo religions, which are not beneficial.

Note: while I am not considered an adherent to the Eastern Orthodox Church, there are some things I agree with which are considered part of Orthodox Christianity: e.g. atonement by Christ's sacrifice for a man's sin, the personal relationship with God found by a covenant with God through Christ.
In fact, these two things: Christ, and his crucifixion (and resurrection) are the basis for all Christian churches. I agree with the Apostle's creed.
