In 2018 Dr. Fraudci and the NIH would partner with Moderna and CEO Stephan Bancel to work together for a coronavirus jab which was supposedly designed in just two days.Throw in the executive order signed by Trump in 2019 for the modernization of flu jabs and Operation Warp Speed and we got ourselves a hegelian dialectic plan in the making/process.
