Entitled Man Throws Tantrum After Not Receiving Money from Drivers

On may 5th 2024 officers were dispatched to a man on the side of the highway asking for money. The man was reported to flip people off and make obscene gestures at people if they would not give him any money. Multiple people also called in that he was taking a pee on the side of the highway as well.

He was under the impression that the police had nothing on him considering they didnt not witness him Pee. The Police did in fact have something on him. The suspect was charged with Public intox, Disorderly conduct slash threating Gesture & unlawful urination in public.
All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
