Do you assess ankle mobility for lumbar or hip issues? This Athletic Trainer in a recent seminar has hip pain for almost any lower body exercise. Both lumbar sideglide resets and lateral tibial glide resets made bodyweight squats pain free and she was also able to go much deeper than baseline.
