How to make Delicious Thai Peanut Dressing

This is a delicious Recipe for a Thai Peanut Dressing, great for Thai Green or Pasta Salads.

Thai Peanut Dressing
Ingredients:
6 oz Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Lime Juice
Zest of 1 Lime
2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2-1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1-2 tsp Sriracha Sauce (or more if you like it spicier)
1/2 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Hot Water or Coconut Milk as needed (to thin out Dressing)

Combine first 10 Ingredients, whisk well.
Slowly add enough Walter or Coconut Milk to thin out Dressing to your liking.
