When Judges Behave Badly.....

Another rogue Federal Circuit Court Judge ruled against President Trump's efforts to clean up fraud, waste, and criminality by invoking the Nixon era 1974 Impoundment Act. This action was meant to prevent President Trump from cutting between $1 and 2 trillion from the infamous USAID NGO.
Sadly, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the activist judge 5-4. Among the majority who opposed President Trump's position was Amy Comey Barrett, whom we thought was more 'middle-to-right'. Fear of retribution from the Deep State is suspected, possibly causing her to cave under pressure. Now it will be up to a strong Republican congress to repeal the Impoundment Act which would then allow President Trump to move forward, making America Great Again!!
