This video is an old "Merrie Melodies" cartoon from Warner Brothers. It is a spoof on the even older TV show, "The Untouchables". Yes, I remember that show well. This version features Bugs Bunny in an undercover agent role. Bugs is tasked with tricking organized crime characters into incriminating acts. It ends with a rare surprise.
