In an incredible moment, 13-year-old DJ Daniel, a brave brain cancer survivor from Houston, was honored by President Donald Trump during his March 4, 2025, address to Congress. Diagnosed in 2018 and given just five months to live, DJ defied the odds and has been pursuing his dream of becoming a police officer. Trump made that dream come true by appointing him an honorary Secret Service agent, complete with a custom badge presented by Director Sean Curran.
