Haruspex ESP32 Bluetooth & Wi-Fi with React-Native Android app

The Haruspex project uses the ESP32 microcontroller to serve frontend web content from the internet and the backend API to control pin IO. The web configuration is edited using the Haruspex React-Native app for Android to avoid programming the flash memory to use Wi-Fi.
By loading the web content from an external CDN, the web files do not need to be stored in flash memory, and the ESP32 can use many different web pages with rich frontends.
