(Darkest Dungeon 2) Grandslam Fails Compilation Acts 1-4

This is my Grandslam fails compilation.

All of these fails happened on normal flame and the frustration experienced from them are the reason I went with radiant flame as I had enough! These fails occurred in Acts 1-4. No fails happened in act 5 as all the other fails prevented me from getting to act 5 to have any fails there.
