The Three Ring Circus: Cognitive Decline in DC, Combined with Massive Amounts of Stupidity

The cognitive decline of elderly lawmakers, combined with the sheer stupidity of their youthful counterparts has turned DC into a three-ring circus. If lawmakers aren't falling down the Capitol stairs, or having cognition episodes in front of the cameras, they are creating gangster music videos while you and I pay their salaries.
