You can carry them in your pocket, or use a worry stone or palm stone, wear them as jewelry, look into getting carvings made out of certain stones. There are a myriad of uses and ways to use them in your life. You don't need to get all of them but get the ones that resonate with you. Or maybe you already have them tucked away somewhere.
