Beauty Queens and Blooclshed - Miss World 2002: Cutting Edge

This program looks at the 2002 Miss World contest, what happened before, during, and the aftermath of that year's contest. This contest was notoriously experienced the controversy of the selection of the host country, the "Miss World riots", and the controversies that occurred in the aftermath of the contest. Interviews were done with journalists, representatives from Amnesty International, some of the contestants of that year's contest, and some of their parents.
