Has the Operation Become the Movie?...

This episode begs the question: 'Is the Q-Operation more than what we've perceived?'..... Is it strictly a well planned operation, or is it primarily a scripted, well choreographed series of events and outcomes designed specifically to 'wake up' the slumbering masses?....... Perhaps a bit of both?
