Mark Carney Canada's New PM Sends Weak Message to Trump Over Tariffs

If you thought Trudeau was bad... wait till you see this 'Clown Show' by Mark Carney... As an Ex-Governor of the Bank of Canada... you would think this Clown has an 'inkling' of sense... apparently not.

I think its clear how much ACTUAL 'support' he has here (where it almost reminds me of Hillary Clinton's support or lack there of in 2016)... With very little enthusiasm shown by the audience (that of which some parts they were completely silent) how is he supposed to convince the majority of Canadians "this is the Right Path for Canada"?
