In the previous part, we dealt with historical-critical theology that is part of modernism, and its condemnation by Professor Linnemann. At the same time, we drew attention to some of the modernist heresies condemned by Pope St Pius X.
On dogmas and heresies, Cardinal Ratzinger wrote: “In this subjective view of theology, dogma is often viewed as an intolerable straitjacket. But this loses sight of the fact that the dogmatic definition is rather a service to the truth, a gift offered to believers by the authority willed by God. Dogmas – the walls that protect the sheep from the wolves – are not walls that prevent us from seeing. On the contrary, they are windows that open upon the infinite.
In Canon 751 we read: ‘Heresy is the obstinate post-baptismal denial of some truth which must be believed with divine and catholic faith, or it is likewise an obstinate doubt concerning the same.’ Canon 1364 stipulates that the heretic as well as the apostate incurs excommunication latae sententiae. ... Today we do not encounter this aforementioned ‘obstinate denial’ and this ‘obstinate doubt’ openly...”
In his encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis, St Pius X writes: “The Modernists (now HCT) have no hesitation in affirming commonly that in the Sacred Books we must admit a vital evolution, springing from and corresponding with evolution of faith. The traces of this evolution, they tell us, are so visible in the books that one might almost write a history of them. Indeed this history they do actually write, and with such an easy security that one might believe them to have with their own eyes seen the writers at work. To aid them in this they call to their assistance that branch of criticism which they call textual, and labour to show that such a fact or such a phrase is not in its right place, and adducing other arguments of the same kind. They seem, in fact, to have constructed for themselves certain types of narration and discourses, upon which they base their decision as to whether a thing is out of place or not... To hear them talk about their works on the Sacred Books, in which they have been able to discover so much that is defective, one would imagine that before them nobody ever even glanced through the pages of Scripture, whereas the truth is that a whole multitude of Doctors, infinitely superior to them in genius, in erudition, in sanctity, have sifted the Sacred Books in every way, and so far from finding imperfections in them, have thanked God more and more the deeper they have gone into them, for His divine bounty in having vouchsafed to speak thus to men. These great Doctors did not enjoy the same aids to study that are possessed by the Modernists (now HCT) for their guide and rule, - a philosophy borrowed from the negation of God, and a criterion which consists of themselves.
We believe, then, that We have set forth with sufficient clearness the historical method of the Modernists (now HCT). The (atheistic) philosopher leads the way, the (atheistic) historian follows, and then in due order come (atheistic) internal and textual criticism. It is quite clear that the criticism We are concerned with is an agnostic, immanentist, and evolutionist criticism. Hence anybody who embraces it and employs it, makes profession thereby of the errors contained in it, and places himself in opposition to Catholic faith.
This being so, one cannot but be greatly surprised by the consideration which is attached to (philosophical-historical) criticism by certain Catholics. Two psychological causes may be assigned for this:
1) The power of unity – the close alliance, independent of all differences of religion, which the historians and critics of this school have formed among themselves.
2) The power of demagogy – the boundless effrontery of these men. Let one of them but open his mouth and the others applaud him in chorus, proclaiming that science has made another step forward.
Let an outsider but hint at a desire to inspect the new discovery with his own eyes, and they are on him in a body; deny it – and you are an ignoramus; embrace it and defend it – and there is no praise too warm for you. In this way they win over any who, did they but realise what they are doing, would shrink back with horror. The impudence and the domineering of some, and the thoughtlessness and imprudence of others, have combined to generate a pestilence in the air which penetrates everywhere and spreads the contagion.
It is also the duty of the bishops to prevent writings infected with Modernism (now HCT) or favourable to it from being read. No book or paper or periodical of this kind must ever be permitted to seminarists... The injury to them would be equal to that caused by immoral reading – nay, it would be greater for such writings poison Christian life at its very fount. ... We will, therefore, that the Bishops, putting aside all fear and the prudence of the flesh, despising the outcries of the wicked, gently by all means but constantly, do each his own share of this work. Let the Ordinaries exert themselves to put out of reach of the faithful injurious books or other writings printed or circulated in their dioceses.
What efforts Modernists (now historical-critical theologians) make to win new recruits! They seize upon chairs in the seminaries and universities, and gradually make of them chairs of pestilence!
And here we already have some of the artifices employed by Modernists. The young, excited and confused by all this glamour of praise and abuse (insult), some of them afraid of being branded as ignorant, others ambitious to be considered learned, and both classes goaded internally by curiosity and pride, often surrender and give themselves up to Modernism (now HCT).
...the partisans of error are to be sought not only among the Church’s open enemies; they lie hid in her very bosom and heart, and are the more mischievous (harmful)... They put their designs for her ruin into operation not from without but from within; hence, the danger is present almost in the very veins and heart of the Church, whose injury is the more certain, the more intimate is their knowledge of her.
Moreover they lay the axe not to the branches and shoots, but to the very root, that is, to the faith and its deepest fibres. And having struck at this root of immortality, they proceed to disseminate poison through the whole tree, so that there is no part of Catholic truth from which they hold their hand, none that they do not strive to corrupt...”
The so-called historical-critical method has already poisoned all doctrine and morality. Modernist theologians are subject to the most severe penalty of excommunication from the Church, according to Canon 1364: “An apostate from the faith, a heretic, incurs a latae sententiae excommunication...” In Canon 751 we read: “Heresy is the obstinate post-baptismal denial of some truth which must be believed with divine and catholic faith, or it is likewise an obstinate doubt concerning the same.”
The current apostate system exploits the church structure as the latter has been left with executive power. Defenders of the faith are removed from office and expelled from the Church, while heretics remain unpunished. The Catholic public is disoriented and regards the unjustly punished as the real culprits and treats them as such. Heretics, on the other hand, are revered and respected as rightful shepherds.
The arch-heretic Bergoglio has abused authority to the utmost. He has usurped the supreme power in the Church and used it to directly destroy the very roots of the Church. Specifically, he has declared a rebellion against God by issuing the so-called doctrinal declaration Fiducia supplicans. In doing so, he has transformed the Church into the synagogue of Satan with a sodomite anti-gospel. The scandalous thing is that bishops, priests and believers tolerate this. By their cowardly submission to the apostate, they also bring down upon themselves the anathema of God and the penalty of excommunication. The pseudo Pope in his antichurch is dragging them to eternal destruction. To distract attention from his crime, he has now proclaimed a Jubilee circus with pilgrimages and indulgences. It will culminate on 5 September. On that day, a gay pride march will pass through the Jubilee Door and obtain rainbow Jubilee indulgences. Bergoglio is brazenly laughing in the face of Catholic bishops and priests, and is already planning more chaos by abolishing celibacy, ordaining women deacons and priests, and degrading the holy liturgy by introducing pagan practices.
Is it still possible to be saved now, in 2025? It is, but only through true repentance! What does it consist in? Three points:
1. Every bishop with his diocese must publicly renounce the suicidal Fiducia supplicans.
2. Every bishop with his diocese must separate from the invalid Pope Bergoglio.
3. Every bishop must break away from the heretical Vatican II and its modernist heresies of HCT and syncretism with paganism.
The faithful and priests must put pressure on their bishop through persistent prayer and personal letters or group visits. Without exerting this pressure, bishops will not resist the apostate system.
