Forgiveness can be one of the hardest things to do, but it’s a law that sets us free. “Forgive, and you will be forgiven” (Luke 6:37). But how do we forgive, especially when we’ve been deeply hurt?
Many marriages and relationships face challenges because there is a lack of forgiveness. Unforgiveness builds walls, but forgiveness breaks them down and opens the door to healing and restoration. It’s not always easy, but it’s necessary for freedom and peace in our hearts.
True forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting or excusing wrongs, but choosing to release the offense and let God bring healing.
