Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University terrorist sympathizer, was detained by federal immigration officials. However, an Obama-appointed judge stepped in to rescue this non-student, green-card-holding activist, who supports overseas terrorist organizations and shouldn’t even be on Columbia’s campus—or in the U.S.—given his actions and affiliations. Khalil leads Columbia United Apartheid Divest (CUAD), a radical group that backs terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah.
