### **Ingredients:**
#### **For Paratha Dough:**
- 2 cups **all-purpose flour**
- 1 cup **whole wheat flour**
- 2 tbsp **oil or ghee**
- ½ tsp **salt**
- Water (as needed)
- Oil or ghee (for cooking)
#### **For Anda Qeema Filling:**
- 250g **minced meat (chicken/beef/mutton)**
- 2 tbsp **oil**
- 1 small **onion** (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp **ginger-garlic paste**
- 1 **tomato** (finely chopped)
- 2 **green chilies** (chopped)
- 1 tsp **red chili powder**
- ½ tsp **turmeric powder**
- 1 tsp **coriander powder**
- ½ tsp **garam masala**
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp **yogurt**
- 2 tbsp **fresh coriander** (chopped)
- 2 **eggs** (beaten)

### **Instructions:**
#### **Step 1: Prepare the Dough**
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and oil.
2. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
#### **Step 2: Cook the Qeema Filling**
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
3. Add minced meat and cook until the color changes.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and spices (red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, garam masala).
5. Stir well and cook until the meat is fully done and the mixture is dry.
6. Add yogurt and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Turn off the heat and mix in fresh coriander. Let it cool.
#### **Step 3: Assemble the Paratha**
1. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles.
2. Brush with oil, sprinkle some dry flour, and fold into layers (like an accordion or pleats).
3. Roll it into a spiral and flatten again into a circular shape.
#### **Step 4: Cook the Anda Qeema Paratha**
1. Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on one side for a minute.
2. Flip and spread a layer of beaten egg over it.
3. Spread a layer of qeema filling and let it cook for a few seconds.
4. Flip again carefully and cook until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drizzle some oil or ghee and cook both sides well.
