Soviet footage traces a canal to Leningrad—steamships and docks bustling—then marvels at Peterhof’s fountains and Leningrad’s Memorial Church. Moscow’s Red Square unfolds with the Kremlin, Lenin’s Mausoleum, street vendors, and a drunk staggering, ending in Tallinn and Copenhagen’s bike-filled streets and Gefion Fountain.
