Recently, I caught the flu and had to take about a week off from training. During that time did I lose all my gains? A common fear among lifters is that taking time off from the gym will result in the loss of all of your hard work. Today we’re gonna briefly talk about that. Fortunately, taking some time off due to sickness or a vacation will not cause you to lose muscle mass. You may notice a slight decrease in size due to lack of pump, but the muscle you’ve worked so hard to build is resilient!
