Welcome to my follow along push-up workout with Pirate Yakuza game play. Every 2.5 minutes I will step away from the game to do a set of push-ups. My hope is that others are encouraged and motivated to join me. Remember, pick a realistic number of reps. The purpose of this live stream is to meet your own goal!
