Dear Cardinals,
the essential thing is to realize that your appointment by the invalid pope is invalid. With the so-called Fiducia supplicans declaration, you have allowed yourselves to be transformed into Bergoglio’s anti-church with its synodal LGBTQ path. This has nothing to do with Catholic doctrine and the Catholic Church.
Bergoglio has excommunicated himself many times over from the Catholic Church by his public heresies, and since he is no longer its member, he cannot be its head either. This is what St Cardinal Bellarmine states in accordance with the entire Catholic tradition. According to the teachings of Scripture (Gal 1:8-9), the Church Fathers and Doctors of the Church, and the Dogmatic Bull of Paul IV (1559), all actions or enactments of a heretical pseudo pope are null and void. It follows that your appointment as cardinals by an invalid pope is null and void.
The minority of cardinals who were not appointed by the pseudo pope Bergoglio should theoretically have the right to elect a proper pope. But they lost this right by accepting Fiducia supplicans. By doing so, they became subject to latae sententiae excommunication and at the same time God’s anathema according to Gal 1:8-9. Those of the validly appointed cardinals who will publicly renounce the heretical Fiducia supplicans, in writing or orally, will remove this penalty from themselves and can restore the institution of the papacy by accepting a truly Catholic candidate, though they cannot be elected themselves under the given conditions. This applies, for example, to Cardinal Müller or Cardinal Burke.
In the present situation, the restoration of the papacy requires a man of God with a clearly defined Catholic doctrine, capable of taking radical steps. It will be his task to create the conditions and to initiate the internal and external renewal of the Church. Such a figure is Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, whom Bergoglio paradoxically and invalidly excommunicated.
The Church is built on the apostles and prophets (Eph 2:20). The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate is the voice of one crying in the wilderness. It does not preach new doctrine, but preserves and defends the truths of faith and morals based on Scripture and Tradition. The Patriarchate, with its episcopal college of several bishops living as monks in monasteries, is the guarantor of Catholic doctrine. This episcopal college is not an official ecclesiastical institution, but a prophetic ministry (cf. Eph 2:20). It seeks the true renewal of the Church, both in the Spirit and in doctrine. It is its duty, on behalf of the true faithful, to raise its voice in favour of the above-mentioned candidate.
Some insights into the history of the election of the Bishop of Rome
Pope Pontian (230-235) was exiled to Sardinia under Emperor Maximinus Thrax. He resigned on 28 September 235 to make way for his successor. This is the first authenticated date in the history of the papacy. After the abdication of Pontian, Anterus was elected Pope on 21 November 235. However, he died on 3 January 236, after 43 days. Fabian was elected Pope after him. He took office on 10 January 236 and died on 20 January 250. Eusebius of Caesarea (†339) describes the legendary election of this Pope as follows: “Suddenly a dove descended from heaven and landed on Fabian’s head. All the people exclaimed with enthusiasm and with one voice, as if the Spirit of God had entered them: ‘Axios – he is worthy!’ Then, without hesitation, the people took him by force and placed him in the Chair of Peter in Rome.”
History bears witness to Pope Cornelius (251-253): When the persecution under Decius had subsided, the majority of the faithful elected Cornelius as the new Bishop of Rome, after a long period of vacancy from 20 January 250 to March 251. In his Letter to Antonianus, St Cyprian informs us about the form of election: “Cornelius was raised to the rank of bishop by divine ordinance..., by the testimony of almost all the clergy, by the vote of the people then present, and by the consent of the orthodox bishops and able men.” As this letter shows, the whole Roman community participated in the election of the Bishop of Rome at the time.
There is an emergency situation at present. If the Spirit of God intervened in the election throughout history even through God’s people or extraordinary signs, He intervenes even more through the prophetic ministry. Bergoglio has de facto abolished the institution of the papacy above all by his synodal path with the sodomite anti-gospel Fiducia supplicans. The new Pope will be obliged to annul the heretical Fiducia supplicans, all documents issued by Bergoglio, as well as all appointments of prelates. He will have the right to leave in church offices only those persons who sincerely repent and separate themselves from the synodal LGBTQ path initiated by Bergoglio.
Furthermore, the new Pope must clearly identify the Second Vatican Council as the root of the current apostasy. The Council promoted syncretism, the heresy of modernism, and an aggiornamento with the spirit of the world. The letter and spirit of the Second Vatican Council are discontinuous with the previous councils. The Council must therefore be annulled as heretical.
