Today we are making Alexis's Sweet Cream! (Again)
We are remaking this recipe due to the low quality of sound and video on the original.

Recipe card:
1 box white chocolate instant pudding
1 box cheesecake instant pudding
3 cups of milk (2% or whole)
2 packages cream cheese
1 quart heavy cream
1.5 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon rum flavor (or any other flavor) optional

With an electric mixer, combine the two pudding mixes and three cups of milk. Your pudding mix should be thicker than normal. Set that aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat two packages of cream cheese until smooth.
Using the electric mixer add one heaping spoonful of your pudding mix to the cream cheese and beat until smooth.
Add one scoop of pudding at a time and scrape down the edges and bottom of your mixing bowl in between each pudding scoop addition. This ensures the mixture is lump free. Set that aside.
In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed, heavy cream, 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar and flavoring. Slowly increase the speed of the mixer as it thickens. You are making homemade whipped cream. Beat with the electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into your pudding mixture until it is uniform. Keep refrigerated.
