Ruger's NEW RPR (Precision Rifle) in 6.5CM

(links below) Ruger released their RPR in 2015. They just released the NEW version of that in a few calibers including the 6.5 CM. What upgrades did they make? How does this new version perform, just how accurate is it? What can I get for groups can I get at 500 yards? Only one way to find out.
