Today on Don’t Talk TV we are going to take a quick look at the case of the Rainbow Association of Dryden vs. Webster; that’s the case were an individual was sued for defamation for calling a drag story time groomers and was penalized with three-hundred & eight thousand dollars, not a fine, I’ve seen some websites call it a “fine” or some commentators call it a “fine”. It’s not a fine, it’s a civil remedy because he was sued and that’s what the court ordered; so we’ll take a quick look at that case today.
