Prophecy Simplified: The First Trumpet Blows - Fiery Judgment and the Fall of Jerusalem!

And the First Trumpet Sounds!

In previous episodes, we briefly looked at what the 7 churches represented, and covered the 7 seals, along with the themes within these prophetic chapters. Now... we come to the trumpets.
Once again, John sees in vision the things that will come. However, with the first trumpet, like the first seal, and the first church, John sees the present unfolding before his eyes. He sees the 'unleashing', the 'sounding' of impending doom with the first trumpet announcing the first great calamity - the Fall of Jerusalem.

What is revealed to John here, is the why. Why this terrible event was allowed to happen. And as more trumpets sound, we will begin to see history unfolding before us. This time, it is all about judgements, destruction, and fall of great nations!
