Pipes Fall From Truck

Info from Licensor: "Pipes slide off the back of a flatbed. I chased them down, honking my horn and flashing my lights, and they didn't even see or hear me trying to flag them down until I got alongside them. They told me it was loud in the truck, so they didn't hear me. They secured the remaining load, then went back to collect the ones they lost."
