Australia cops a steel tariff... but does it really matter!?

Outrage at the Trumpster whacking a tariff on steel and aluminium. But we all sit by and let cheap steel from China and elsewhere flood in each year, hitting Australian steel mills harder than the dam tariffs will ever hit!
