676 Shall Not Be Heard (Proverbs 21:13)

Who "shall not be heard" when they cry out in need? Those with the ability to help but choose to stop their ears. And this is connected to the doctrine of Hell and The Lake of Fire, as well as the chastisement of God upon rebellious, carnal believers.
