Millennials can be a powerful force when they get educated on the issues, understand the legislative process, and organize to enforce the Constitution. Before becoming a Kentucky State Senator, Southworth hung out at the state house to read the bills and talk to legislators, becoming a voice for others who could not take the time to closely watch the votes. Her passion for liberty, freedom, and justice drove her at an early age to place a priority on grassroots activism. She offers her advice on influencing legislators.
