Pulling through levity, light and love helps us to stay positive and connected to the broader, wiser part of us, essential in these challenging times. Our ability to serve is greatly reduced if our energy is small and fearful. If Joy is too far away, call in gratitude – it never fails to illuminate our blessings.

We are more productive in our manifestation and creativity when mindful/masterful about our energetic set-point. Life is responding to our set-point, which is why we need to be intentional about our attention and focus. The best path forward is towards our highest enthusiasm. If in doubt about what that means: go to gratitude. A practice of gratitude quickly shifts us into appreciation and elevates our field.

We are human: we run the gamut from animal aspects to the broader, wiser spiritual Self. The Strength card reminds us to honour and ally with our animal aspect, while living our experience guided by our Higher Self. Loving and appreciating all versions of ourselves creates harmony and wholeness. We no longer waste energy warring with our self, and that inner harmony is reflected in our experience of the outer world.

We all have gifts and talents we came to develop and share. They are part of our Yes: our essential focus in these tumultuous times. Humanity living into and developing its potential and Yes will carry us powerfully forward towards more Life.

Keep showing up and saying yes daily to your Yes, even a little bit every day. This builds mastery, momentum, power, strength and beauty, which serves all of us, and our beautiful planet/home: Earth.
