His Mercy Endures Forever

This Psalm follows the pattern of Psalm 136 - repeating the phrase
'His Mercy Endures Forever'. But it covers the salvation plan from beginning to end. He predestined and perhaps even spiritually accomplished it before the earth was made "The lamb slain from the foundation of the world". Then his mercy was demonstrated in the earthly ministry of Jesus.
Then Jesus went so far as to destroy the power of sin by putting both the law and the flesh to death on the cross
