Happy Holi.

We have brought science to Management. That's the purpose. We are going to make a considerable change in our attitude before saying “ecosystem of this, ecosystem of that” which means you have created a substance of quality. That's what Metrics have  been given, the Panchabootha is something very remarkable. A change, a considerable change that will be coming to the Boardroom where you create policies.

So this is going to be very important. Let me take you to the next stage of bringing a formula which is E equal to MC^2. E is energy. M is mass. C square is the speed of light by itself. So you can imagine. And this is what has happened.

We say a Matter is the one that takes a space and has a Mass. This is very important when we look into intangible assets. A non-monetary asset without a physical substance is no longer valid with physics being brought into the focus.
So ICAI has to take care of it.

Now coming to E equal to MC^2. There are three stages. E is energy,  E is liberated Matter. M is a Matter where energy is waiting to happen. And we will come to the C Square which is Matter and Antimatter. These are the three laws.
E equal to MC^2, Energy is what we show in the P&L and mostly what we have created in the Balance Sheet. And when you look at the Matter which is waiting for energy to happen, you can see it in the NPAs and various things and what not.

So this is going to be very interesting and very simple in my opinion. And the third factor, the third law is when Matter is colliding with antimatter, it creates amazing energy. That's what you do.

Antimatter is intangible. Antimatter is an effort. It's God given one, for each and every one of the human beings. It's amazing human beings. And we've got to take care of it.

What do we do? Put the Matter which is waiting to happen and push it into P and L and balance sheet. So the Energy is being, and Matter is being liberated. Energy is being brought in. Then we are safe. This is the best thing I can recommend for you.
